Refund and Returns Policy
overview
All zodiac studios products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this production model, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges if you select the wrong size or color, or if you change your mind.
damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error:
- contact us within 28 days
Please email us at support@allg.dev with a clear photo (or video) of the issue. This must be done within 28 days of the product’s delivery date to be eligible for a refund or free reprint. - free reprint or refund
After reviewing your claim, we will offer a free reprint (shipped to you at no extra cost) or a refund. In line with Printify’s policies, minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5″) are not considered defects.
what’s not covered
- wrong size or color ordered: We cannot offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color. Please double-check size charts and product descriptions before purchasing.
- change of mind: Because each product is printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns if you decide you no longer want the item.
- unsuccessful delivery: If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or similar delivery issues, you may choose to pay for a reprint at cost or receive a partial refund (subject to review).
how to request assistance
- Email us at support@allg.dev within 28 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
- We will review your case and, if it meets our criteria, process a refund or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
additional notes
- Refunds or reprints are not issued if the claim is made after 28 days from delivery.
- Any refund issued will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the nature of your claim and shipping timelines.
